Official Visit of Administrators

University of Phayao aspires to become one of the destination choices for students, academicians, and researchers around the globe. To arrive at that lofty end, the concept of a well-aligned organization must not merely be a concept, but it must blossom and express itself clearly in action.

Leadership @ Work: A Road to Success

To many Thai undergraduate students who use English as a foreign language, passing B1 of the CEFR English examination seems to be a sheer pain in the neck. Such pain, in fact, looms large as it also affects teachers and administrators whose responsibility is to help their students pass the examination, a major requirement for all undergraduate students prior to receiving a degree of their chosen field of study. Two contrasting views, not to say conflict,

CRC Student Orientation

Orientation is important to both the university and the students. It is the day for everyone to look forward to. On the one hand, Chiang Rai Campus, University of Phayao, has great opportunities to officially welcome new students to the Campus and to introduce them to the services the Campus has to offer. Network of Students with Disabilities on CRC

Human beings are commonly known, at least in the Thai context, as “social animals.” This is because one can hardly live alone and be happy. Interestingly, this very same paradise is much more beautiful for those with disabilities to have friends who care, support,

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Matter Most

While the world we are living in getting more and more closely connected, it also generates a multitude of conflicts that impede such living styles and healthy environment that we wish to have. This is largely due to the fact that people are different in their beliefs, values, and actions, to name just a few. Problems and conflicts tend to arise more when different people bring their differences to the intertwined, interconnected, and “confusing” world of the present time.

Workforce Development

For a workplace to gain success and prosperity largely depends on the capabilities of its workforces. Chiang Rai Campus, fully realized this fact, thus organized a series of workshops on how to write work manual for all supporting staff members. The expected result was threefold: 1) to allow all staff members to reflect on the effectiveness of their respective work, 2) to have each of them write a work manual in ways that their colleagues can, if needed, perform the work in place of them, and 3) to prepare all of them to advance in their career, particularly after they have gone through the analysis and synthesis process of producing a work manual of their own.
